Don't think that post was justified really.
I've been thinking about alot of things recently which just seem to get pushed to the back of my mind and not dealt with. Ideas, plans, thoughts, choices!
I'm going to start off talking about the obvious hiderance in any mans life, women! It's been a long time since i've had any sort of feelings for a girl, beyond friendship that is, and to be fair, it's getting rather annoying. It's that time of year now where it's getting cold out and i'd like nothing more than to sit in bed, watch a movie with a big 'ol cup of hot chocolate in one hand and a nice, cute, fun girl in the other. Someone that i can look forward to seeing, look forward to spending time with. I don't really understand why it hasn't happened in so long. I broke up with my ex back in July 2007 and since then, no one has stood out and made me think "wow, i want to get to know this girl, i want to spend time with this girl" and at least have her think the same way back. For sure it will happen one day, but a lot of people around me seem to find someone and it makes me look at myself and think, what's so wrong with me, where the fuck is she? I'm sure you can relate to a degree?
I guess i've been doing pretty well in university which i'm stoked on. It always makes me smile to hear my mum say she's so pleased i'm enjoying the course and is happy i'm doing well. I love her, she's the best. We're going to New York on the 1st January for 6 days, it's going to be so rad. Hopefully i'll be able to see some of the guys from Houston Calls seen as NJ is not that far away, hopefully we'll rent a car!!!
Writing with the band seems to be going well also, we've demo'd a song today, well part of, and it was sounding sweet. Looking forward to getting to that point where we become a "band". It all seems to happen in dribs and drabs at the moment BUT, i have every intention of making sure that turns itself the right way round, every intention to get this band going properly.
I need to learn to drive, start of new year it's the top top top priority besides university work and band stuffs.
I'm sat on my bed wearing a skate for cancer t-shirt, drinking some strawberry yazoo milkshake wishing my xbox controller was nearer to me so i could play on it. I think i'm just going to go to sleep soon!

Skin...
I think i need to go see someone about my skin. My arms, top of my legs and hands sometimes come up really itchy and it's ever so annoying. Quick visit should sort it out but it's rather stressing, just seems to happen when i get hot... hmm!

The new Call of Duty game.
Loving world at war. Single player was a bit shocking, no real depth to it, same old same old, they really need to take note of what games like Farcry 2 are doing for the next one. Make it a little different instead of the same tired missions!
Online play is just as fun only without the modern guns, still rad as though, get to blow the shit out of people with tanks.
It's so funny talking to people on xbox live. There was an american guy on this evening and he looked at my gamertag, saw my name was Steffen Hagavei and said, "steffen hagavely, you must be fat as fuck" hahahahahahaha, so funny.
This is all i'll be doing over the next few days, i think i deserve a little break, presentation and that essay took a lot of doing.

I'm getting really sick and tired...
Of the lack of effort a certain someone puts into tidying the house.
He comes in, throws his shit down, uses about ten different plates to eat fatcake then takes a shit, goes up to his room to be really sociabl... oh!

Photoshoot tomorrow...
It's not been sorted out properly, i hate things not being set in stone. When i want something sorted out i want it sorted out. The dudes that came down to stop next door (inc the photographer) are on about going home tomorrow, and he didn't bring his camera. So he's going to be using Sams camera, but Sam is doing a photoshoot at HSBC, 15 minutes car drive away until 12pm. So that means he has to figure a way of getting the camera from him to actually do my shoot.
It's been planned awhile so i don't understand why it's not just a case of "yeah cool what time shall we start?"
It's more of a "let's see what happens, ey?"
I've had a lot of my plate recently and having taken on the role of band manager, i have to make sure i get all that sorted also. So my head right now is like "FUCKKKKKKKK OFF STEFFEN"
Going to bed now, hopefully it'll be sorted out tomorrow.

Busy timesssss
So i've not posted in a good week, sorry about that.
I've been fairly busy with uni to be fair. I've got a presentation i have to present as part of a group topic on the subject "Live Music". It's been fairly demanding and taken a lot of pointless time and mind space haha, but, it's nearly over with, 11.45am tomorrow morning i present it and that's that over with.
I can then focus on the next essay which is on European Music Festivals, due in a week tomorrow. Work work work, really have to focus as i want to pass everything.
Photoshoot tomorrow afternoon/evening, should be fun, it's been a long time since we've had a photoshoot so, hopefully that, along with the new page will spur everything on. We also might be buying my flat mates van. It's a mini bus style mercedes 2.8 litre, pretty sick.

Dear me...
Hello to me,
So today was fun, kinda...
My electric went off at approx 12.57am last night, completely tripped, TV shot off, lights went black, alarm downstairs went nuts, it was pretty funny actually because Rich managed to scare himself by saying there was a killer in the house as we'd not been back from seeing Saw V for long. So yeah, power was off, no nothing. I called up the 24/7 maintenance "team" which turned out to be one old dude, I'd say 62 years old, show up in a shitty van at around 2am to tell me "well i can't give you power, you need to flick the main trip switch back up, that's all it'll be" okay cool, but, where is that Mr. Telling Me Useless Information?
I put American Pie on my laptop, fell asleep, woke up COLD! Called the rent company and they were like "oh, that's not good, we'll send someone out asap"
One of the women showed up, called Claire, she's been here before when i had a problem with the roof, she's hot haha, anyway, stop getting sidetracked, we found out that some little dickhead managed to STEAL out main power box to the house, i say power box, I'm not actually sure what it was physically called, but they cut it with some big ass cutter things. I don't get how they didn't die, it's MAINS ELECTRICITY, are they dim? Besides that, why would they want MY electric box?
Mr. Electrician came round, saved the day "I'll fix this for you" and did just that, so i now have power, I'm not able to type what i am typing, great times!
I went to the gym today, was pretty funny towards the end. I was getting a shower and Rich was in the cubicle opposite me, i finished, got out, walked to my locker and the gym lights turned off, i shouted "not again" and Rich ran out of the shower, butt naked into the changing room, only for the lights to turn back on hahahahahaha, brilliant.
This week I've learned that travelling is good, London is awesome, not to buy Saw V, not to recommend Saw V to anyone, even people I'm not keen on, that spinney rides in fairs are still evil and should all vanish, be quicker at the gym, protect my electric supply for all it's worth and to buy my shoes from the cheap shop, £5 for a pair of decent looking shoes, bargain!

My trip "darn landan tarn"
Haha, i made myself laugh typing the title. I also made myself laugh spelling title because i nearly typed tittle, you know, like a tit...
Anyway, it took me 4.25 hours to get from Leeds to Victoria Station in London. Driving through London i acted like such a tourist while listening to Hidden In Plain View, i bet the person next to me hated me, chances are it was too loud ! But anyway, i was looking around all over the shop to see if i recognised tourist spots haha (such a geek). I'm pretty sure i went passed Hyde Park, i guess this because it was a huge park in London !
John met me at Victoria station then we had to walk to get the underground to Wimbledon *insert other name here* station ! Chilled at the house for a bit, met Jade Dakota, made pancakes, walked into Wimbledon, got another train to go meet Sophia and a bunch of other dudes then like a massif Landan Krew made out merry way to The Astoria.
You Me At Six we're amazing, Josh's sister came on stage to do "Always Attract" was so so so good, i was in the VIP section and all the parents we're behind me, and i think it was his mum i saw who was crying, bless, so proud ! 18/19 years old and playing to a sold out 2000 capacity London Astoria, unreal achievement !
Show finished, made our way back to Sophias crib, hung out for a bit then went to "bed" ! I say it like that because i didn't actually get much sleep, woken up at 6am by a bloody alarm going nuts haha ! Ta Jade !
Amanda made sure i got to Victoria okay, which again involved a bus, a few trains etc, so hectic in London, i love it "ere got you got a pound for the train?"
Overall I'd give my first REAL visit to London an overall rating of KKKK ! I expect I'll go back sooner rather than later, it seems I've started to make a fair few friends down there, hopefully some of which will stay friends for a long time !
I've noticed recently that i don't have THAT many people who are way close. There is obviously Richard, who is my best friend, I'd tell that kid anything. Tommy who is up there and the obvious people but... it'd be nice to have someone, a girl perhaps, to chill and talk with.
All is well at the moment, liking my uni course, band is picking up, gym is sweet, new friends :)

Cut the shit Steffen...
It's now 3.41am, i'm not sure why i'm still up, i have to be at university for 11am. The last week or so has been so much fun. I've made some amazing new friends. Housten Calls, a band from New Jersey, have been stopping at my house for the past few nights, i've been going to a few of the shows with them and they're some of the funniest, nicest people i've met in awhile! We've been chilling out this evening! Is it still classed as evening seen as it's dark out? Or would you say, i've been chilling with them this morning? Anyway, we hung out, played with the rats and had a brew, or as they like to say "a cup o tea" haha. I had a go on webcam to Tom's girlfriend back home in the states, i believe she's called Lexy. It was her birthday so i wished her a, would you guess... happy birthday!
I'm going to London on Monday, so excited, i've never properly been down south, only on the odd occasion but i never got to see anything besides an inside of a music store, a studio and an airport. Hanging out with some new friends then going to The Astoria to see You Me At Six, Housten Calls and Farewell play, game game game!
Bed time now, i've deleted LiveJournal from my bookmarked tabs and replaced it with this site so i don't forget about it!
